If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it: - Check with neighbors or building management - Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number - Email us at hello@maisonrevolt.com within 7 days If your package arrives damaged: - Take photos of the damage (box and items) - Email hello@maisonrevolt.com within 3 days - We'll work with you to resolve the issue
